Kriemhild Sketch

So I'm drawing things pertaining to the Nibelungenlied. This is supposed to be Kriemhild of Burgundy seeing her dead Kestrel in a dream. I hope it doesn't look like she's squatting for a poo. I tried to have her dressed in 12th-century-ish clothes with German cloth patterns. I don't know if the Franks used them at that time, who knows!? Also, I decided not to cover her hair. I never really liked all that. I'm also going to change the story a lot. You'll probably see it in coming months.

This is a pre-drawing for a painting. I'll probably have this happen in her bedroom or something. Since it's a dream. Maybe have two eagles flying away. Or have cloudy smoke in the room, because dreams have clouds in them right? Hmm.. Maybe have the moon in there signifying a temporary madness. I'm not sure.
