Baba Yaga again...

I haven't posted in a while, I will post lots as soon as I get a scanner. Here's some slightly larger images than what can be found on my university portfolio website of the Baba Yaga series in the meanwhile. It was the most popular and it makes it more handily available on my phone to have it on my blog, so here they are!

Ancient Sketches

I was going through my old sketch books and found some alright images that I don't have on the internet. The reason why I never scanned them was because they were too big to scan. I've photographed them now (poorly).

Wood Robot

Made a wood toy robot for my nephew.

Sketchy Sketches 3

More skull based girls. This ukulele player is the most sinister scary ukulele player ever. I sort of messed up the mouth a bit so I (poorly) turned it into a harmonica.

Sketchy Sketches 2

With this girl I planned out her features by lightly gesturing her skull. The penciling was pretty scary. As a result she looks a little less cartoony and also more Caucasian strangely. Dunno what I was thinking with the hair.

Sketchy Sketch

Here are some sketches that I've produced during the interim of me being lazy:

This is from D&D.

I want to do a series with girls in
but I haven't drawn pretty girls in a long time.
I still draw them like I did 10 years ago.

More D&D.

Scribble turned into an ugly airplane.

Saint Nick

I made a Christmas card last year. I forgot to post an image of it. Here it is! It's Saint Nicholas coming down the chimney. I wanted to wait until all my friends and family had received printed versions and then promptly forgot about it.

New ukulele design

This will have a similar scalar length to the last one but will be a bit longer in the body. Maybe I'll adjust it so the bridge is farther down.

Showing at historic Carnegie Building

I'm having to upload this again. It just will not be created correctly.

Lookin at a town 5

The painting is done guys. It's been a long time since the last image because I was only doing it off an on but there's a gig for it tomorrow so I pulled the finger out. This photograph was taken before varnishing but I'll take another one once that's done too.
